Sir Julian Brazier TD

Sir Julian worked for Charter Consolidated and as an international management consultant while serving as an officer in the Reserve Forces. This included five years with UK Special Forces (R). He was MP for Canterbury from 1987 to 2017 and a defence minister from 2014 to 2016.

Ian Anderson

Ian founded Pathway in 2017 having been the Managing Director of ArmorGroup Iraq and co-founding the leading Iraq-based security company, Al-Murabit. Ian served in the British Army before moving into the private sector.

Jeremy Sudlow

Jeremy joined Pathway in 2019 having served ten years in the British Army which included operational service in Afghanistan. Having worked extensively on state ceremonial occasions, Jeremy has a background in planning and delivering high-profile events.

Edmund Wood

Ed spent ten years with the British Army in reconnaissance and information operations, finishing as a Chief of Staff at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Ed joined Pathway in 2022 from CT Group and is now responsible for the delivery of all Pathway operations.

Peter Dalton

After serving in the British Army, Peter joined the UK police force, finishing as a senior officer within specialist operations. He delivered command, advisory and training in Counter Terrorism, Protective Security, and complex events. Within the private sector, Peter provides consultancy to major international events, crowded spaces, and Critical National Infrastructure projects. As an advisor to Pathway, he is helping prepare for the delivery of all matters related to the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill.

Andrew Martin

Having held Regimental Command in the New Zealand Army and spent time as General Manager of The All-Blacks rugby team, Andrew brings a rare insight into the most challenging leadership problems that high performing teams have to overcome. Andrew works with Pathway to ensure our clients frontline expectations are delivered by a high performing team of leaders able to operate calmly and effectively in chaos.

Dougie Wright

Following a distinguished career in the British Army, Dougie now works on behalf of private and public sector clients in both domestic and international settings. He concluded his military service as lead co-ordinator for UK Military Specialist Training. Within Pathway Dougie has oversight of internal and external training courses.
